From Manufacturing to Distribution
Manufacturing
Component Solution is a contract manufacturer providing turnkey PCB assembly services through multiple facilities. Specializing in low to medium volume and high mix PCB assembly. Component Solution combines quality processes, modern automation equipment, and a skilled workforce for consistent, cost-effective production.
Testing
Many offshore CMs shy away from testing, a key component of Component Solution’s service. Inbound component conformity, in-circuit testing, complete functionality, and burn in. Component Solution utilizes customer provided documentation, procedures and fixtures, but is also able to support if additional jigs or equipment is required.
Assembly
We have RoHs and ESD-compliant facilities providing BGA, SM, as well as automated and manual TH assembly. Projects have included music amplifiers, surveillance systems, Ultraviolet (UV) sterilization, oxygen concentrators, controllers for cooling towers, and off-grid turbine power generator.
Quality Assurance
ISO 9001-2015 process control ensures that every requirement for material, man, method, and machine is applied. Further, Component Solution QA and Line Managers implement additional inspection processes specific to the customer’s projects, consistently exceeding IPC-A-610 Class 2 Quality Standards.
